• Which Kit should I choose?

  Which you choose very much depends on your budget and how your looking to use your Kit, but our current bestseller is Premium Complete Kit - maybe because of the incredibly aesthetic tableware options we offer 👀

• Why UniKitOut?

  We have surveyed and interviewed over 300 former & current students and asked them 'which items did your forget to take to Uni or wished you had when you started?'

  We then went to work building an amazing Starter Kit to ensure you've got everything that you need, delivered straight to your dorm or home address. All while saving some money and time 🙌

  The question shouldn't be 'why UniKitOut', it should be 'why not?'

• Delivery to Uni

  Generally, we can deliver to any UK address. With some universities this means a post room, accommodation office or a building concierge.

  If you're having your box delivered straight to your uni halls, we recommend contacting your accommodation first, or reading the 'delivery guidelines' of your accommodation to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  You can always place your order now and update it later on with any special requirements.

  And don't worry, we deliver thousands of parcels every week to university campuses - so you are in safe hands 😊

• Delivery Date

  During the checkout process you can choose your preferred delivery date. Want the kit to be delivered next week to your new flat? No problem at all! Want to have it delivered tomorrow? Also no problem.

  If you need to change your delivery date, you can simply login to our customer portal with your surname and order number, or reach out to our customer service team.

• Bed Size

  All of our duvets and pillows are hotel quality, and our duvets are all 10.5 tog - ideal for year round comfort!

• Induction Hobs

  Yes! Our Premium and Deluxe Complete Kit includes pans which are compatible with induction hobs.

  The pans are suitable for all hobs including induction, dishwasher safe, Non-Toxic: PTFE and PFOA free.

• What's the size of the box?

  The Complete Student Kit package measures 50cm (width) x 43cm (height) x 73cm (depth). It weighs around 20kg, depending on your bedding size.

  Please note that items are individually packed inside the box, so they’re easy to pack into a car if the outer box doesn’t quite fit.
